Bolzano, 9 July 2025 – Gallmetzer Holding has acquired the former site of Brasolin Auto in Bolzano. Covering an area of over 7,000 m², this acquisition marks a significant strategic step in the further expansion of the Group.

Promis GmbH, specializing in sustainable and natural oral care products and a subsidiary of Gallmetzer HealthCare AG, is entering another key market with the establishment of Promis USA: the United States. The first shipments from the warehouse in Bolzano have already begun marking another milestone in the company’s international expansion.
