Bolzano/Munich, 29 September 2026 – Gallmetzer HealthCare S.p.A. (GHC), a publicly listed company headquartered in Bolzano, participated in this year’s Baader Investment Conference in Munich, presenting the Group to an international audience of institutional investors, analysts and capital market professionals.

The Baader Investment Conference is one of the leading capital-markets conferences in the DACH region. The 15th edition took place in Munich from 21 to 24 September 2026. According to Baader Bank, 230 presenting companies and more than 750 international investors participated. Around 3,000 one-to-one and small-group meetings as well as approximately 90 company presentations were held during the conference.

Gallmetzer HealthCare participated on 21 September 2026 with a fireside chat and numerous individual investor meetings.

Representing GHC at the conference were CEO Dietrich Gallmetzer, Board Members Lisa Gallmetzer and Jochen Gallmetzer, CFO Dr. Florian Schwienbacher and COO Michael Gamper.

The focus of the participation was on direct dialogue with institutional investors and analysts. During numerous one-to-one meetings, GHC presented the company, its business model and its previously communicated strategic direction, while further developing its dialogue with international capital-market participants.

The participation also had a particular regional significance for Gallmetzer HealthCare: as a listed company headquartered in South Tyrol, GHC was represented at one of the major investor conferences in the German-speaking capital-markets region, thereby also increasing the visibility of South Tyrol as a business location among an international capital-markets audience.

Since December 2025, the shares of Gallmetzer HealthCare S.p.A. have been traded on the Vienna Stock Exchange in the direct market plus segment. Participation in the Baader Investment Conference forms part of the company’s ongoing dialogue with investors, analysts and other capital-market participants.
