Bolzano, 9 July 2025 – Gallmetzer Holding has acquired the former site of Brasolin Auto in Bolzano. Covering an area of over 7,000 m², this acquisition marks a significant strategic step in the further expansion of the Group.
Promis GmbH, specializing in sustainable and natural oral care products and a subsidiary of Gallmetzer HealthCare AG, is entering another key market with the establishment of Promis USA: the United States. The first shipments from the warehouse in Bolzano have already begun marking another milestone in the company’s international expansion.
September 2024 – Gallmetzer HealthCare AG, one of the leading groups in the dental sector, is approaching a major milestone: its initial public offering (IPO). For more than three decades, the group has set benchmarks in the dental industry. With an internal review of the IPO process, the group aims to further accelerate its growth strategy and strengthen its market position.
