Gallmetzer HealthCare AG is actively working to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions.

By switching to renewable electricity and certified green gas, we have significantly lowered our direct and site-related emissions. We are also continuously improving our processes to reduce indirect emissions along our entire supply and value chain – from production to transportation.

Starting with the 2024 reporting year, we began collecting detailed consumption and emissions data. This forms the foundation for the continued development of specific and effective climate strategies.

Strict hygiene regulations and legal requirements in the medical field make climate-friendly processes particularly challenging. That’s why we are investing in research and innovation to develop sustainable solutions even in this highly sensitive area – and to achieve meaningful emissions reduction.
